These Terms govern your access to and use of services provided by Inspire Nation.
Effective date: October 19, 2025These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "Customer") and Inspire Nation ("we", "us", "Company"), a company registered and operating in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. By accessing or using our website https://inspirenation.us or purchasing or subscribing to any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
"Services" means the software, hosting, domain registration, support, professional services and related offerings provided by the Company.
"Agreement" means these Terms together with any Order Form, Statement of Work or Service Agreement executed between you and the Company.
"Order" means any purchase, subscription, order form or executed statement of work for Services.
We provide Software Development, I.T. Services, Domain & Hosting Services. Specific features, service levels, and deliverables for a particular Service will be described in the applicable Order, Statement of Work, or the service documentation supplied by the Company.
We may use third-party providers (e.g., hosting, payment processing, analytics). Use of third-party services is subject to their terms and the Company's privacy policy.
By placing an Order you agree to pay all fees specified in the Order. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. Invoices are payable in the currency specified on the invoice.
You are responsible for all taxes, duties and other governmental assessments associated with your purchases, excluding taxes based on the Company's net income.
We may offer demonstrations and trial periods for certain Services as described in the applicable Order or on our website.
A 7-day demonstration may be provided for select services. The demo allows evaluation of functionality. Cancellation during the demo period will be handled according to the Cancellation & Refund provisions below.
Where a 60-day free trial is offered, you will not be billed for the Service during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the Service will convert to a paid subscription and charges will commence in accordance with the Order.
Refunds are subject to the terms of the applicable Order and the Service type. For Services provided on a subscription basis, cancellation requests should be submitted in writing per the contact details below.
To request a refund or cancellation, contact us at info@inspirenation.us with your Order details. Refund processing may take up to 30 days after approval, depending on payment method and third-party processors.
All intellectual property rights in the Services, technology, software, documentation and website are owned or licensed by Inspire Nation. Subject to payment of fees and compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services as described in the applicable Order.
You retain ownership of data you submit to the Services, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You grant the Company a limited license to use such data to provide and improve the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company provides the Services "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The Company does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining backups and protective measures for your data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Inspire Nation, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The aggregate liability of the Company for claims arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the amount actually paid by you to the Company under the Order giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Inspire Nation and its representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Services; or (c) your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
Either party may terminate an Order for material breach if the breaching party fails to cure such breach within 30 days after receipt of written notice. The Company may suspend or terminate access to Services for non-payment or breach of applicable policies.
Upon termination, any outstanding fees owed by you become immediately due. Sections that by their nature survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, and Governing Law) will survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (e.g., via email or a notice on our website) and update the Effective Date. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
